A: For natural marble slabs, one bundle of around 50-90square meters; for natural marble floor tiles, one pallet of around 25m2

Can you seal the marble tiles?

A: Yes, we can seal the marble floor tiles for you. There are two ways for options: Water proof and Oil proof. But oil proof may darken the color of the stone.

Do you supply free samples?

A: Yes, all normal samples to check ourblack marbleare free of charge. Your side will only need to take care of the delivery. In fact, we will cover the delivery cost for you once a deal concluded between us.

Do you supply after-sale service?

A: Yes, whenever you have come across any problem, just come to us. We are always here to offer our hands.

What should I do if some cargoes are damaged?

A: For project tiles, you are always recommended to add in some spare tiles (generally 2%-5%), so as not to hold up the project in case a few pieces are damaged during the delivery or during your installation.

While on the damage, please firstly check the packages when the container arrives, if some broken cargoes are found, please take photos and send to us as a proof before opening any packages, we will then forward to the insurance company for compensation for you.

We always have all of our marble floor tiles well packed to make the cargoes reach you safe and sound. We will protect the tiles with foam between and all sides inside, both reinforced inside and outside the crates by pvc straps. So you don’t need worrying much about broken.

How To Proceed An Order

To select suitable black marble blocks with good quality according to our clients’confirmed style;

To move them to the platform for cutting into 18mm slabs;

To spread special glue on the back surface, and support by a mesh to increase the strength for safer delivery;

To dry the slabs and then put marble glue on the top and then have them polished by automatic polishing machines.

To film the top surface and number in order,and get 16-20pcs packed in one bundle for selling, or to cut into tiles according to the order and stick a related tag on each piece.

To lay down the tiles according to the tag, and take photos for customers’checking the whole looking as if they have been installed.

To do inspection, and get packed well and safely by strong seaworthy wooden crates.

To load properly into the container and reinforce the loading if necessary.
